EL Rise Foundation

EL Rise Foundation was incorporated in September 2024. This foundation was born of charitable efforts led by our founder, Constance G. Duopu, to address social dislocation and adverse conditions affecting her country of origin, Liberia. After seeking refuge in the United States of America in 2001. With a Master's in Health & Human Services from the University of Minnesota, Constance has dedicated her life to promoting social well-being in her communities here in Minnesota and in Liberia. The specific purpose of the Foundation is to advance education and science, combat community deterioration and juvenile challenges, and empower individuals by improving the quality and accessibility of education and healthcare in Africa and beyond. We are dedicated to creating a future where every community thrives.
